Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Beauty Tech Studio website and its public demonstrations. Commercial services are governed by a separate signed contract.
Demonstrations
Demonstrations are provided free of charge, as is, for evaluation. The skin analysis is a cosmetic estimate and not a medical device; it must not be used to make health decisions. Demo products and shades are illustrative.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the demonstrations, attempt to access non-public areas, overload the services or submit images of other people without their consent.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability for the free website and demos is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
